Unlike other similar apps, Add-On's Studio for Minecraft is completely ad-free and doesn't have any in-app purchases or distractions.
- Exporting to Minecraft PE:
- Press "Export as Minecraft Pack".
- Press "Copy to Minecraft PE". If you don't see this option, scroll to "More" and rearrange your apps so that Minecraft PE is first. Try again. If Minecraft PE is not visible, you likely have an outdated version of the game. Update it via the App Store.
- Minecraft will open. Hit Play and choose the "Edit" button next to the desired world. Go to "Resource Packs" on the left side menu and scroll down until you find your pack. Select it and add it to your world. Then hit Play!
- Exporting to a non-iOS platform:
To export to another platform, such as your Windows PC, you need to email the pack to yourself. Take note that Add-Ons are not supported on OSX (Minecraft Java) or Xbox.
The app currently supports a wide range of mobs, including Chicken, Cow, Creeper, Ghast, Horse, Iron Golem, Ocelot, Pig, Rabbit, Silver Fish, Skeleton, Villager, Wither Boss, Zombie, and Zombie Villager.
It's important to mention that Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. This app is not officially endorsed but follows the brand guidelines stated at https://account.mojang.com/terms#brand. The term "Minecraft" is used as a secondary title in the app and the app icon is a custom-designed illustration, not an in-game asset.
